THE BOSSErick Mares started High Pine Outfitters in 2005 with the help of his wife Kenzie. Erick started outfitting in 1994, right after high school, and has developed his love of the outdoors and wildlife conservation into the successful business of High Pine Outfitters. Erick and Kenzie live in Glenrock, WY with their two daughters, Josie (18) and Carly (16). Kenzie is a veterinarian and owns Crossroads Vet Clinic in Glenrock. They own a small ranch just outside of town, and between their full-time jobs, ranching, and teenage girls they stay extremely busy. |

Stephanie
Stephanie has cooked for High Pine Outfitters since 2018. She and her husband Jason live in Laramie and she works in Douglas for her "real" job in the oil industry. She loves to cook and enjoys meeting and getting to know new people. She prides herself on being one of the guys in camp and is always happy to help with whatever anyone needs. She makes phone calls, takes elk to the processor, buys band aids, makes amazing bread, and has been known to help pack an elk out once in awhile. Most nights when you get back to camp, you'll find her in the kitchen with a glass a wine, a stove full of simmering pots, and her music up too loud.
