High Pine Outfitters was established in 2005.  Most of our hunts are centered around our hometown of Glenrock, WY, nestled in the foothills of Laramie Peak in Wyoming's preeminent Elk Area 7.
​We offer archery and rifle hunts for trophy elk, deer, antelope, mountain lion and bear.  All of our hunts are on private property, mostly in the Laramie Range, adjacent to the Medicine Bow National Forest, and the plains of northeastern Wyoming.

MEET THE OUTFITTER

Erick Mares

Outfitting License   BG141
Erick started outfitting in 1996 while still in college and got his outfitter's license in 2005.  He has lived and worked in the Douglas area his whole life.  

High Pine Outfitters started small and has grown over the last 20 years into a full-time business that focuses on customer service and tailoring hunts to meet our clients' needs.

We are based in our hometown of Glenrock, WY nestled in the foothills of Laramie Peak.  We have access to over 50,000 acres on multiple ranches between our two hunting camps with no wolves, grizzlies, or horses.
